Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

By using texasfoundationrepair.net, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes to help homeowners in Texas learn about foundation repair and, where available, find local service professionals. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.

No Service Guarantee

Texas Foundation Repair does not directly provide Foundation Repair. The site is intended to connect you with independent contractors who operate their own businesses; it does not currently route requests to contractors. We make no guarantee of availability, pricing, response time, or quality of work performed by any contractor.

Contractor Responsibility

Any work performed is solely the responsibility of the contractor you choose to hire. All contractual terms, warranties, pricing, and service agreements are between you and the contractor directly. Texas Foundation Repair is not a party to any such agreement.

Information and Tools

Soil information on this site describes typical native conditions near a city center, not any specific property, and the screening tools give general information, not a diagnosis, engineering advice or a quote.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Service availability, pricing, and coverage areas are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Foundation Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from services arranged through it.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
